What's Been Happening Lately?

What's been happening lately? So much it's hard to put into one post.


One of the major changes is the update and restructure Robert has been doing to the support sites as part of our new Communication Plan. The updates/restructures for the Movement of Change sites is nearly finished and shortly thereafter a new way for ALL AUTHORS FROM ALL PROGRAMS to be in touch with each other through a Share connection will be put into place.


We've all been looking forward to that day!



In addition, we have created a new Knowledge Base and support ticket system which provides everyone with access to the most up-to-date resources, information, articles, FAQ's and support for everyone. The Knowledge Base is ready and the software updates and access are being put into place. We'll email everyone with the specifics when everything is complete, tested and ready to go.
